The deposit amount depends on the service selected. • Deposits are applied to your final balance and must be paid at the time of booking. • Appointments without a deposit will not be scheduled. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellation Policy • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a non-refundable 20% fee of the remaining balance (excluding your deposit). • No-call, no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrival Policy • A 20-minute grace period is allowed. • After 20 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation or rescheduling, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Communication is appreciated if you’re running late. ⸻ 💳 Payment Policy • Final balances are due at the time of service. • Accepted payment methods include: • Apple Pay • Credit/Debit Cards • Cash • Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm ⚠️ Note: Any payment issues or disputes with third-party services (Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm) must be resolved directly with the respective company. ⸻ ✨ Service Expectations • Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair, unless otherwise instructed for your style. • No extra guests or children are allowed unless discussed beforehand. ⸻ By booking with AshPe Hair & Beauty LLC, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to all policies.
